AP LAWCET Application Form 2026 - The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) is expected to release the AP LAWCET 2026 Application Form in March 2026. The exam authority will commence the AP LAWCET 2026 application process for admission to 5-year LLB and 3-year LLB courses online at cets.apsche.ap.gov.in/LAWCET. Candidates will have to apply for the Andhra Pradesh Law Entrance exam 2026 before the last date of application. However, candidates will also be given four more options to register for the APLAWCET 2026 entrance exam with a late fee. 

The AP LAWCET exam is expected to be held in June 2026, in online mode at designated exam centres. Candidates who have passed the 10+2 class with a minimum of 45% marks will be able to apply to the 5-year LLB programme, while those with a bachelor's degree in any stream with a minimum of 45% marks are eligible for admission to the 3-year LLB programme through AP LAWCET. The Andhra Pradesh Law Common Entrance Test Application process is conducted online. Candidates can check below to know how to apply for the AP LAWCET 2026 exam.

Registration and Fee Payment 

The application process begins with the fee payment. Candidates need to visit the website and click on "Eligibility Criteria and Fee Payment. The given details are required to enter during registration.

  • Qualifying Examination Hall Ticket Number
  • Name
  • Mobile number and email id
  • Date of Birth
  • Select the entrance exam: LAWCET- 5 Years, LAWCET- 3 Years, or PGLCET 
  • Select the payment option. Online payment can be made using Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking. 

Filling the Online Application Form

Candidates can apply for 5-year LLB and 3-year LLB courses offered through AP LAWCET 2026 by visiting the website of APSCHE, cets.apsche.ap.gov.in

  • Candidate’s Details: It includes entering the candidate’s name, date of birth, gender, mother’s name, and father’s name.
  • Qualifying Exam: Candidates need to specify their qualification (LLB/ Degree in any other stream/ class 12th) and enter the hall ticket number of the qualifying exam, and the place of study.
  • Entrance Exam: Candidates need to select the law entrance exam - LAWCET- 5-Years/ LAWCET- 3 Years.
  • Photo and Signature: Candidates need to upload their photograph and signature.
  • Regional Centre for Test: In this column, candidates need to select the preferred AP LAWCET exam centre from the drop-down list.
  • Category: Here, candidates need to select a category that they belong to according to their Caste certificate - OC/ BC-A/ BC-B/ BC-C/ BC-D/ BC-E/ SC/ ST. Also, any candidate belonging to the special category (NCC/ CAP/ Sports) needs to select the appropriate category.
  • Local Area Status: Candidates need to select the local area that they belong to under this column.

  • Minority/ Non-Minority: If belonging to any minority category (such as SC/ ST/ OBC) need to click the “Minority” button, and candidates belonging to the non-minority group (General category students) need to click the “Non-minority” button.
  • Address: Enter the permanent address, as well as the current address
  • Class 10th details: Candidates need to fill their class 10th details such as board, hall ticket number, month and year of passing, and place of study.
  • If Physically Challenged: select If you have any kind of physical disability, such as Visual Handicapped/ Hearing Impaired/ Ortho Handicapped.
  • Class 12th details: candidates need to fill their class 12th details, including board name, hall ticket number, month and year of passing, as well as the place of study.
  • Annual Income of Parents: Candidates need to select the annual income of their parents i.e. Below One Lakh/ Between One Lakh and Two Lakh/ More than Two Lakh.

Form Submission

  • After filling the application form, candidates need to submit it online.
  • They need to click on the disclaimer “I accept the Terms and Conditions” and press the “Submit” button.
  • After this, the application process for AP LAWCET 2026 will be complete.  
  • Candidates are advised to download the submitted application form and get printouts of the same for future reference.

The APLAWCET application fees in 2026 will be INR 900 for open category (OC) or general category candidates, INR 850 for BC candidates, and INR 800 for SC and ST candidates. Candidates can submit the application form online and pay the application fee in the same mode, using Net Banking, a credit card, a debit card, or UPI payment options. Once the fee for the APLAWCET entrance exam is paid, candidates will not obtain it again because the Andhra Pradesh LAWCET application fee 2026 is non-refundable. Thus, candidates only need to fill out the Andhra Pradesh LAWCET application form and pay the application fee if they want to appear in the Andhra Pradesh LAWCET entrance exam.

For both 5-year LLB And 3-year LLB Programmes, candidates need to appear in a different test that will be conducted by Acharya Nagarjuna University on behalf of the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education. For admission to the 5-year integrated LLB Course, candidates need to appear in the Andhra Pradesh LAWCET. However, they need to take the Andhra Pradesh PGLCET for admission to the LL. M. course.
