The english section was easy. The question was mostly on on literature. There were no vocabulary based questions.

The CLAT 2026 Exam Analysis plays a major role in helping candidates understand their performance and the NLU they might get. It also helps in understanding how low or high the cutoff will go.

Students have started arriving for CLAT 2026 Exam Centre as reporting begins. Many students were seen coming two hours before to avoid any last minute hassle.

Candidates must bring one of the following valid ID proofs to the CLAT test center 2026

Things to carry in CLAT exam hall are mentioned below:

Candidates are advised to reach the CLAT exam centre by 1 pm. The entry for candidates will begin at 1 pm, and no candidate will be allowed to enter the premises after 1:30 pm.

The Male aspirants must follow given guidelines to appear in CLAT Exam

There is no formal announcement on CLAT Dress Code for both male and female. However, candidates can refer below to not get troubled on exam day

• Comfortable clothing is advised.
• No electronic devices will be allowed inside the examination hall.
• No accessories will be allowed.
• Candidates who wear religious attire for cultural reasons are allowed to wear them.
• Clothes with printed slogans, logos, or graphics may not be allowed.
• It is advised to wear the appropriate footwear. Avoid wearing any heels, long boot shoes, high ankle shoes, etc.
• Avoid carrying jewellery like- nose pins, chains, bracelets. Maintain a simple look without heavy jewellery.
• Try to maintain an overall professional and formal look.

Candidates must note that the CLAT PG Exam Pattern is similar to that for UG courses. There will be negative marking in the exam. Total 120 questions will be asked.

The Consortium revised the CLAT Exam Pattern in 2024. Hence, no revision was brought in CLAT 2026 Exam Pattern. Before 2024, the number of questions asked in CLAT Exam were 150. After the revision, the total number of questions reduced to 120.

The reservation criteria for NALSAR Hyderabad has been revised. The notice stated, "For both UG and PG: The SC of TL category has been sub divided into 3 sub-groups as SC-TL (Group I), SC-TL (Group II) and SC- TL(Group III). Candidates are requested to view the Telangana State Rationalisation of Reservations of SC Act document for clarification regarding which Schedule castes belong to which group available."
