As the exam dates approach, students should now focus more on revising important concepts along with practicing MH Law CET mock tests and sample papers. It is pertinent to devote more time to high-scoring sections instead of less important topics.

To understand the preparation level of the participating candidates, Shiksha conducted an online poll; here are the results:

Though all sections in the MH CET Law exam contribute to the final score. Based on the weightage and the skills tested, Legal Aptitude and Legal Reasoning, and Logical and Analytical Reasoning are often considered high-scoring sections if prepared well. For the 3-Year LLB, English Language also carries significant weightage. A strategic approach, keeping in mind the exam pattern and marking scheme, is crucial to achieving a good score in the MH CET Law exam.

A good score in Maharashtra CET Law depends on many factors, including the difficulty level of the exam, the number of test-takers, the availability of seats, and the candidate's category. However, based on previous year trends and expert analysis, the following can be considered a general standard:

  • Very Good Score: 99+ marks (This significantly increases the chances of securing a seat in top-tier law colleges).
  • Good Score: 90-100 marks
  • Average Score: 80-90 marks (A decent score that might secure admission in mid-tier colleges)
