APICET 2020 Counselling Process Announced

Andhra Pradesh State Council for Higher Education (APSCHE) has announced the APICET 2020 counselling process for the candidates who have qualified in the test held on September 10 and September 11. The result was declared on September 25. The processing fee payment window will open from January 24, wherein candidates securing first to the last rank can pay the fee of Rs 1,200 (General and Backward Class) and Rs 600 (Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe) in the online mode through Credit/Debit Card and Net Banking. The document verification process will be conducted from January 25 to January 29 at the designated Help Line Centres (HLC) according to ranks.

How to Pay APICET 2020 Counselling Processing Fee

Candidates have to follow the steps given below to pay the APICET 2020 counselling processing fee:

• Visit the official website of APICET 2020 counselling which is apicet.nic.in

• Click on the tab ‘Pay Processing Fee’

• Enter APICET 2020 Hall Ticket Number and Rank

• Select mode of payment from Credit Card, Debit Card and Net Banking options

• Once the fee payment is done successfully, candidates have to take a print out of the payment confirmation page

Rank-Wise Document Verification Schedule for APICET 2020 Counselling

The following table brings the rank-wise schedule for document verification process of candidates:

Documents Required for Verification

Candidates have to carry the following documents for the verification purpose at the HLCs at the stipulated date:

• APICET-2020 Hall Ticket

• AP ICET 2020 Rank Card

• Transfer Certificate

• Bachelor’s degree mark sheet and pass certificate or provisional certificate (for graduation final year students)

• Class 12 mark sheet and certificate

• Class 10 mark sheet and certificate

• Income certificate issued after January 1, 2017, or Ration Card

• Residence certificate

• Address proof

• Category certificate (for candidates belonging to special or reserved categories)

The document verification process will be done in 23 HLCs across Andhra Pradesh. However, the process for Special category candidates will be done only in the Vijaywada centre.
