Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) releases the AP ICET question papers as soon as the exam is conducted. Candidates preparing for the exam must download the AP ICET practice question papers to become familiar with the exam pattern, type of questions, marking scheme, and difficulty level of the examination. AP ICET 2024 exam will be held on May 06 and May 07, 2024 in offline mode. Candidates can download the AP ICET previous year's question papers here.

Andhra Pradesh ICET previous year question papers are available online. Candidates can visit the official website of Shiksha (https://shiksha.com/mba/apicet-exam-question-papers) to download the past years question papers. Candidates will be able to download the question paper for free. Andhra Pradesh ICET question paper will help candidates to acquaint with the difficulty level and actual exam environment. Candidates must assess their performance and preparation level with the help of previous year question papers. Candidates must ensure to solve AP ICET previous year question paper to reinforce learning and revision of important topics.
 

Q:   What is Andhra Pradesh ICET marking scheme?

A:
As per the Andhra Pradesh ICET marking scheme for every correct answer candidate will get one mark. There will be no negative marking for any wrong answer or not attempted questions. As per the Andhra Pradesh ICET exam pattern, the question paper will consist of 200 questions, of one mark each. There will be no sectional time limit. Candidates can start answering from any section they are comfortable with. The Andhra Pradesh ICET exam is conducted for a duration of 150 minutes.
 

Q:   When can I download the APICET answer key?

A:

APICET answer key will be released May 08, 2024 at 6 PM. Andhra Pradesh ICET 2024 exam will be held on May 06 and May 07, 2024 in Computer Based Test mode. Candidates who will appear for the exam will be able to download the Andhra Pradesh ICET 2024 preliminary answer key when released. With the help of Andhra Pradesh ICET answer key candidates can calculate their probable score before the declaration of results. In case of any discrepancy in the answers provided, candidates will get the opportunity to raise the objections till prescribed date. On the basis of the objections received the final answer key will be published online along with the declaration of results.

AP ICET Question Paper 2024

As per the AP ICET 2024 exam pattern, the question paper will consist of total 200 questions. The AP ICET question paper will be divided into three sections. check the table below to know the marking scheme and difficulty level of each section.

Q:   Will the APICET question paper have descriptive type questions?

A:

No, all the questions in the APICET question paper will be objective type questions and will be in MCQ format. Candidates will be given four options for each question. Candidates will have to select the correct option for each question. Andhra Pradesh ICET question paper will consist of 200 Multiple Choice Questions. Each question will be for one mark. There will be no negative marking for any wrong answers. Candidates will have to attempt the 200 questions in 150 minutes. There will be no sectional time limit to attempt the AP ICET exam sections. AP ICET 2024 exam will be held on May 06 and May 07, 2024 in computer based mode across 25 districts of Andhra Pradesh.

 

Q:   Can I download the APICET question paper soon after the exam is over?

A:

Candidates will not be able to download the APICET question paper soon after appearing for the exam. The official question paper is released along with the release of preliminary answer key and response sheet. Candidates will be able to access the APICET question paper here. AP ICET 2024 answer key will be released online at cets.apsche.ap.gov.in. Candidates are not required to enter the login credentials to download the answer key and question paper.

It will not help you a lot if you are writing ICET exam for the first time. Some tips you should keep in mind during ICET exam are: Don't waste time in doing things and topics which are not much stressed upon. Candidates should choose or select the appropriate study material so that they can easily understand it and it will help them to understand the structure of the exam. Always play safe. Don't go for too high or too low level of the question banks or sample papers. Making a good assessment of the exam preparation by keeping the record of the number of wrong or right answers while solving the sample or previous year question papers is a must. Time plays a crucial role in achieving success. Aspirants are advised to manage time. 150 minutes will be given to the candidates for answering the 200 MCQs. The candidates must keep their eye on the clock as it is obligatory to finish the exam on time. Candidates willing to appear for the Andhra Pradesh ICET exam must start the preparations six months before the examination date. Candidates starting early to prepare for Andhra Pradesh ICET exam will have time to prepare in ease. Candidates must start with focusing on the basics and fundamentals and then slowly increasing the pace and level of the preparation. Candidates must ensure to chalk time table to cover all the subjects and topics as per their priority.

The important topics of Analytical Ability in the APICET exam are: Questions based on data is in the form of two statements labelled as (i) and (ii), Sequences and Series (Analogies of numbers and alphabet, completion of blank spaces following the pattern in a:b::c:d relationship, missing number in a sequence or a series), Data Analysis (Data will be given in a Table, Graph, Bar diagram, Pie Chart, Venn Diagram or Passage and one need to analyse the questions pertaining to the data), Coding and Decoding Problems (A code pattern of English Alphabet will be given. A given word or a group of letters are to be coded or decoded on the basis of given code or codes), Date, Time & Arrangement Problems (Calendar problems, clock problems, blood relationships, arrivals, departures and schedules, seating arrangements, symbol and notation interpretation.

The important topics of Mathematical Ability in APICET exam are: 1. Laws of Indices, ratio and proportion, surds, numbers and divisibility, LCM, GCD, rational numbers, ordering, percentages, profit and loss, partnership, pipes and cisterns, time, distance and work problems, areas and volumes, mensuration, modular arithmetic. 2. Statements, truth tables, implication converse and inverse, tautologies-sets, relations & functions, applications equation of a line in different forms. 3. Trigonometry - Trigonometric ratios, Trigonometric ratios of standard angles, Trigonometric identities: sample problems on heights and distances, polynomials, remainder theorem & consequences, linear equations & expressions, progressions, binomial theorem, matrices, notion of a limit and derivative, plane geometry - lines, triangles, quadrilaterals, circles, coordinate geometry-distance between points.

The important topics from the Communication Ability Section of APICET are: Part 1- Vocabulary (Identification of vocabulary used in the day to day communication. Part 2- Business and computer terminology (Identification of basic terminology and concepts in computer and business contexts (letters, reports, memoranda, agenda, minutes etc) Part 3- Functional grammar (Understand the use of grammar in day-to-day communication as well as in business contexts) Part 4- Reading Comprehensions. This section will focus on: 1. Candidate's ability to identify the vocabulary used in day-to-day communication. 2. Candidate's understanding the use of English grammar in day-to-day communication and business contexts. 3. Identifying the basic terminology and concepts in Computer and business contexts such as letters, reports, memoranda, agenda, minutes, etc.) 4. Andhra Pradesh ICET 2024 exam conducting body on behalf of the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education will be announced along with the release of notification. Yes, you can join Krishna University for an MBA without APICET, but you may need to take the XAT or MAT entrance exams. Krishna University accepts scores from these exams for MBA admissions.
