ATMA 2026 Last Minute Tips
With the ATMA February 2026 exam approaching, students must be going through some last minute nervousness. To lessen the pressure of scoring well in the ATMA exam, we at Shiksha have a list of some ATMA exam preparation tips that will help students on exam day.
- Revise Key Topics: For the last minute ATMA preparation, students should focus on high weightage topics. For the QA section preparation, students can focus on topics such as Ratio & Proportion, SI/CI, Profit & Loss, Number System, Time, Data Interpretation. For the Verbal Ability section, they can focus on Grammar, Vocabulary, Para‑jumbles, Reading Comprehension, etc. For the Analytical Reasoning section, important topics include Blood Relations, Syllogisms, Series, Coding‑Decoding, Visual puzzles, etc.
- Practice ATMA Mock Test and Previous Year Papers: Students should try to take at least one full-length ATMA mock test daily until the exam day to help them tune their speed, highlight weak zones and build confidence. Solving previous year question papers will help the students know exam pattern and important topics.
- Time Management: Students will be given three hours to solve the ATMA question paper, which will carry 180 MCQs. This means students will have 1 minute per question. Each section will have the sectional timing of 30 minutes. Students should use this to plan and prioritize. They should also practice shortcut techniques to speed up calculations and improve accuracy.
- Review Exam Centre Details: Students should try to visit the allotted ATMA exam centre at least a day before the exam. They should confirm their travel route, approximate time and availability. They need to reach the centre at least an hour before the exam begins.
- Prepare Documents: Candidates should mandatorily carry a printed copy (coloured) of ATMA admit card 2026. They should also affix a photograph to the admit card as it is an important document to gain entry to the exam centre. They should also carry two passport-size photographs along with the admit card.
- Be Calm: Students should be calm and confident. Anxiety can hinder exam day performance.
