HPU MAT 2020 Application Deadline Extended Till August 31

HPU MAT 2020 Application Process to End on August 31
The application process of the HPU MAT exam has been reopened and the last date to apply for the exam is August 31. Although the original application deadline was July 18, the process was reopened in August by the Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla, the exam conducting body on the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. The exam date and the schedule for other important events are yet to be announced.
HPU MAT Eligibility Criteria
Prior to applying for HPU MAT, candidates should confirm about fulfilling the eligibility criteria.

According to the University, Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree course with minimum 50 per cent aggregate from a recognised university or institute. The required aggregate cut-off for the reserved category candidates is 45 per cent. Candidates in their final year of graduation are also eligible to apply.

Maximum age limit for the course is 26 for boys and 28 for girls. SC/ST candidates, both boys and girls can apply up to the age of 29.
How to Apply for HPU MAT 2020
The application process of HPU MAT 2020 is online. Although earlier the HPU MAT application process could be completed in both online and offline process. However, owing to the pandemic situation, the application form can be filled up and submitted in online mode. Let us check the application process below.

Visit the official website of Himachal Pradesh University

Click on the Admissions tab and select Online Admission from the drop-down menu

Click on the Postgraduate tab

Click on the HPUMAT tab which is placed towards the bottom right side of the page

Fill up the form with personal and academic details

The last step is to pay the application fee of Rs 1,000 through Credit/Debit Card and Netbanking methods
Candidates will receive confirmation of application submission on their registered email id and mobile number through SMS. They should take at least two copies of the printout and preserve it till the admission process gets over. It is expected that the university will announce the HPU MAT 2020 important dates by the first week of September.
