To fill the HPU MAT 2026 application form, candidates must follow the process mentioned below:

Documents Required for HPU MAT Application Form 2026

Candidates must keep the following documents and information ready before filling the application form of HPU MAT 2026 exam:

• Scanned copy of the applicant’s recent passport-size photograph 
• Scanned copy of the applicant’s signature 
• Scanned copy of the applicant’s Father/Mother's signature

Steps to Fill HPU MAT Application Form 2026 (Online)

Candidates, after fulfilling the eligibility criteria, must follow the steps mentioned below to fill the HPU MAT application form online:

Step 1- Visit the official website- admissions.hpushimla.in

Step 2- Click on the tab 'Apply for New Admission' and then 'Click Here to New Registration 2026' tab

Step 3- Screen will now be redirected to the application form.

Step 4- Enter the following personal details:

• Name of the candidate
• Father's name
• Mother's name
• Father's occupation
• Father/mother's contact number
• Examination centre for Entrance test
• Address for correspondence
• Mobile number
• Permanent house address
• Telephone number
• Email ID
• You are applying for Subsidised/non-subsidized/both
• Date of birth
• Aadhar number
• High school Marksheet number
• HPU registration number
• Nationality
• Gender
• University/board from which you have obtained a diploma/degree?
• Are you a bonafied resident og HP?
• Are you a single child?
• Do you belong to EWS?
• Are you defense personnel?
• You are applying for?
• Domicile
• Physically challenged- Yes/no
• Category
• Detail of fee deposited

Step 5- After submitting the personal details note the registration number and password and click on the tab 'I have noted'

Step 6- Enter the education and document details:

• Matric or equivalent- the name of the board, passing year, marks obtained, maximum marks, per cent marks, exam roll number
• 10+2 or its equivalent details
• Graduation degree details

Upload the following documents in the prescribed size and format

Step 7- Check the application summary before proceeding to pay the application fee

Step 8- Pay the application fee through any of the payment modes:

• Debit card
• Credit card
• Net banking

Steps to Fill HPU MAT Application Form 2026 (Offline)

To fill the HPU MAT application form in offline mode, candidates must refer to the steps mentioned below:

• Visit the HPUBS campus
• Buy HPU MAT prospectus at the admission counter
• Fill HPU MAT application form carefully
• Submit the application form at the admission counter along with the application fee in cash

The third option of HPU MAT application form submission is to download the form online, fill it and submit it offline. In such a case, candidates need to send the form along with a demand draft of INR 1000, in favour of Himachal Pradesh University Business School, payable at Shimla, at the following address:
