TANCET 2020 Counselling Process
The Directorate of Technical Education and Directorate of Collegiate Education, Tamil Nadu have announced the TANCET 2020 counselling process for the MBA and MCA programme admission across the state. Candidates who have appeared and qualified for TANCET 2020 will be eligible to apply and participate in the TANCET counselling procedure for 2020. The application process for the TANCET counselling has begun from August 30 and the last date to apply is September 28. The process of uploading original certificates had commenced from September 7 and the verification of those documents started from today, i.e. September 9.
TANCET 2020 Counselling Process
The TANCET 2020 counselling and admission process to the participating institutes encompasses the following steps:

Candidates have to fill the online application form by visiting the official website and paying the counselling application fee

Applicants have to upload their original educational certificates

Admission Authorities will release the ranks of the candidates

Counselling for Special Reservation category candidates (Differently Abled)

Counselling for General category candidates which has the following steps:
a. Payment of initial deposit
b. Exercising the choice of institutions
c. Publication of tentative allotment
d. Confirmation of allotment option
e. Final allotment of institution
f. Reporting to allotted institutes

1. Class 10 Board Exam Mark Sheet
2. Class 12 Board Exam Mark Sheet or Diploma Certificate
3. All Semester Mark Sheets / Years of qualifying Degree Examinations
4. Provisional / Degree Certificate
5. Permanent Community Certificate Card for BC, BCM, MBC & DNC, ST, SC and SCA (Permanent card / electronic form / digitally signed e-Certificate)
6. TANCET 2020 Mark sheet
7. TANCET 2020 Hall Ticket
8. District Medical Board Certificate (for Differently abled Candidates only)
9. Nativity Certificate only in electronic form / digitally signed e-certificate – If applicable
10. Sri Lankan Tamil Refugee certificate – If applicable

According to DTE Tamil Nadu, the admission process is conducted online. The Secretary, Tamil Nadu MBA / MCA Admissions 2020 reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.
