The partnership will improve Indo-French educational ties and serve as a framework for further global collaborations.

XLRI has partnered with University of Paris-1 Pantheon Sorbonne, University of Bordeaux, UNESCO Chair at University of Paris Nanterre, Danish Consortium for Academic Craftsmanship (DCAC) and International Institute of Education Consortium of Universities. This multi country collaboration will focus on academic programs, executive education and research.

XLRI's partnership with these institutions will work to provide globally relevant and industry linked education at an affordable cost to Indian students. It offers innovative solutions that address evolving needs of industries, organizations and society while strengthening academic partnerships across continents.

It also offers Indian students and working professionals an opportunity to gain world class education and practical skills. Co-designed by faculty from XLRI, Sorbonne, Bordeaux and DCAC, programs blend core management principles with industry specific applications tailored to sectors such as healthcare, digital business and consulting.

Multiple specialized programs are set to be launched in the 2025-26 academic year as full-time, part-time and executive education courses. Designed to meet industry demands, these programs will cover areas such as healthcare management, family business, digital enterprises and consulting. The alliance plans to expand further with new programs, research initiatives and global exchange opportunities.

With experiential workshops and integrated learning modules, students will develop entrepreneurial thinking, problem-solving abilities, and leadership skills. Graduates will earn degrees from Sorbonne and Bordeaux, recognized across EU, OECD and Commonwealth countries, enhancing their global mobility and employability. These qualifications meet academic requirements for skilled worker visa programs in countries like the EU, UK and Canada.
