XLRI Delhi-NCR Convocation 2025: 221 Students receive Diplomas

A total of 221 students graduated from two flagship programs. 178 students from the Post Graduate Diploma in Management – Business Management (PGDM-BM). 43 students from the Post Graduate Diploma in Management – Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Venture Development (PGDM-IEV)

XLRI Delhi-NCR celebrated its 4th Annual Convocation Ceremony, underscoring the institute’s commitment to shaping future-ready and ethical business leaders. The convocation, held at the Jhajjar campus in Haryana, saw 221 students receive their diplomas, reflecting both academic excellence and growing employer confidence in XLRI graduates.

Industry Stalwart Bhargav Dasgupta Delivers Convocation Address

The ceremony was graced by Bhargav Dasgupta, Vice President (Market Solutions) at the Asian Development Bank, Manila, who served as the Chief Guest. In a powerful convocation address, he highlighted the importance of responsible leadership, innovation, and navigating disruption in a rapidly changing global business environment.

As a special honour, Dasgupta was conferred with the Fr. E. Abraham Medal for Management & Industrial Development for his exceptional contributions to industry.

Diplomas Conferred Across Two Prestigious Programs

A total of 221 students graduated from two flagship programs:

• 178 students from the Post Graduate Diploma in Management – Business Management (PGDM-BM)
• 43 students from the Post Graduate Diploma in Management – Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Venture Development (PGDM-IEV)

Addressing the gathering, Fr. Dr. K. S. Casimir, Director of XLRI Delhi-NCR, said:

XLRI Placements 2025: High Recruiter Turnout and PPOs Reflect Employer Confidence

The institute’s growing industry relevance was evident in its successful placement season. Across both campuses:

• 591 students participated
• Over 172 recruiters offered more than 600 domestic and 2 international roles
• 34.17% of the cohort received Pre-Placement Offers (PPOs)

Leading companies from consulting, BFSI, FMCG, IT, and e-commerce sectors were among the top recruiters, underscoring XLRI’s growing brand value among employers.

Academic Excellence and Leadership Recognized with Awards

Top-performing students were honoured for both academic excellence and overall development. Key awardees included:

PGDM-BM:

• Ishaan Shekhar – Best All-round Student
• Divija Maddela – Highest CQPI (Women)
• Arpan Roy – Highest CQPI – BM

PGDM-IEV:

• Akash Subramanian – Best All-round Student
• Sree Manjari Gumireddy – Highest CQPI – IEV
