The CENTAC NEET 2024 counselling draft merit list has been released. Candidates can submit objections by August 20, 2024, by 11 AM. The draft merit lists for CENTAC NEET counselling 2024 has been released separately for Government Quota, Management Quota, Christian Minority, Telugu Minority, NRI and Meritorious Sports Persons categories. As many as 5,849 candidates have been featured across the merit lists.

According to CENTAC, this is a draft merit list for Medical, Dental, BAMS Ayurveda, BVSC & AH courses admission for the 85 per cent state quota seats available in the Union Territory of Puducherry. To submit objections, candidates will have to log in to the official website of CENTAC NEET counselling with their registration credentials and complete the procedure. It is expected that the final merit list will be released by the third week of August 2024.

CENTAC had conducted the counselling registration process from July 28 to August 8, 2024. So far, no other dates for the counselling, including choice filling and seat allotment have been announced.

Q:   When will CENTAC release the CENTAC NEET UG counselling seat matrix?
A:

CENTAC Puducherry will release the seat matrix for CENTAC NEET UG 2025 counselling before each round. Moreover, the course-wise counselling is conducted separately, and hence, the seat matrix for different course groups will be out at different durations of the CENTAC NEET UG counselling 2025. It is estimated that the seat matrix for the first round of counselling will be released in the first week of August 2025.

Q:   When will CENTAC conduct the NEET counselling process 2025?
A:

The CENTAC NEET counselling 2025 process has started on July 5, 2025, with the registration process. The last date of registration was extended from July 14, 2025, to July 16, 2025, after which CENTAC released a draft merit list consisting the names of the eligible candidates on July 25, 2025. Candidates can submit objections or upload certificates by July 29, 2025, 5 PM. After that, candidates have to enter choices, based on which seats will be allotted to them. The entire CENTAC MBBS admission process is likely to range for three to four months.
