Students who have been named in the Maharashtra NEET PG 2024 round 3 seat allotment result have to join physically at their reporting centre on or before February 19, 2025, up to 5:30 PM. Meanwhile, the last date to fill status retention form is February 19, 2025, for students willing for PG medical admission in Maharashtra.
The CET Cell has released the Maharashtra NEET PG 2024 round 3 seat allotment result at the official website. Students who have been named in the Maharashtra NEET PG 2024 allocation result have to complete the admission process by February 19, 2025. The MH NEET PG 2024 seat allotment result has been announced in the form of a PDF at medical2024.mahacet.org. Meanwhile, the authorities have announced the last date to fill the status retention form is February 19, 2025, up to 5:30 PM in person. Besides, the authorities have further announced that the admitting institute will verify the documents and ascertain the eligibility of the candidates as per the NEET PG 2024 brochure before confirming the admission.
At the time of physical reporting, the candidates will have to deposit all the required original documents and pay the required fee. The seat allotment of Maharashtra NEET PG counselling 2024 has been conducted on the seats that are approved/ permitted by MCI/ NMC and affiliated with MUHS. Students have to ensure they complete the admission formalities before the deadline otherwise the seat allotment for the candidates will be cancelled.

The Maharashtra NEET PG counselling process is conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) Maharashtra. The state counselling authority for Maharashtra conducts the admission process for postgraduate medical and dental courses offered in the state under the 50 per cent State Quota seats. Candidates who qualify for the NEET PG and NEET MDS exams are eligible to participate in this state counselling. Maharashtra NEET PG counselling is the gateway to admission to courses such as MD, MS and MDS.
The Maha CET Cell will announce the Maharashtra NEET PG 2025 counselling schedule tentatively by the fourth week of September 2025 for Round 1. The NEET PG 2025 exam was conducted on August 3, and the result was declared on August 19. Accordingly, the counselling process began in the fourth week of September 2025. The counselling authority will announce the schedule separately for each round.
