NEET SS Counselling 2025 Choice Filling & Locking Extended Till March 17

NBEMS has extended the deadline for NEET SS Counselling choice filling & locking till March 17, 2206. Scroll down to know how to complete the choice filling and locking process.

NEET SS 2025 choice filling and locking facility for round 1 counselling has been extended till March 17, 2026, up to 8.00 am. The registration was ended yesterday, March 15, 2026. NEET SS counselling is for admission to DM, MCh or DrNB courses. 

The seat allotment result of Round 1 counselling will be announced on March 18, 2026. Candidates will be able to check the result at the official website - mcc.nic.in. The reporting to the allotted colleges is scheduled between March 19 to 25, 2026.

Documents Needed For NEET SS Institute Reporting 2025

The following documents are required during reporting:

• NEET SS 2025 Result/Scorecard
• MBBS Degree Certificate
• MD/MS/DNB Degree Certificate
• Provisional seat allotment letter issued by MCC
• Higher Secondary Certificate/Birth Certificate as proof of birth
• A valid photo ID proof (PAN card/Driving License, Voter ID, Passport/Aadhar Card)
• NEET SS 2025 Admit Card
• Permanent Registration Certificate for MBBS/MD/MS/DNB issued by NBE

Steps To Complete NEET SS 2025 Choice Filling & Locking

Following steps are needed to complete the process:

• Visit the official website of MCC -mcc.nic.in.
• Log in using registered NEET SS credentials.
• Fill in personal details, and pay the non-refundable registration fee (INR 5,000) and the refundable security deposit (INR 2,00,000).
• Review the available seat matrix to understand seat availability in various specialties and institutions.
• Select preferred courses and institutes in order of preference.
• Add as many choices as possible to increase allotment chances.
• Continuously save your choice list to prevent data loss. Saving does not mean final submission.
• Click on the 'Lock' button before the deadline. If you fail to lock, your choices will be automatically locked, which may not represent your final preference.
• Download the locked choices list for future reference.
