NEET UG Advisory: National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued important advisory for candidates appearing in NEET UG 2026 exam scheduled on May 3. In recent social media update, NTA alerted candidates about possible rain and thunderstorms in several parts of country and advised them to plan their travel accordingly. With lakhs of candidates expected to appear for NEET 2026, NTA has stressed on importance of reaching exam centres on time.

According to advisory, candidates should check local weather conditions before leaving their homes and and avoid delays such as traffic congestion, waterlogging or public transport disruptions. The agency has asked them to start early and not rely on last-minute travel.

Β Instructions for NEET UG 2026 Candidates

NTA has stated that entry gates of NEET exam centres will close at 1:30 PM. No candidate will be allowed to enter after that time under any circumstances. They advised reaching their centres at least an hour before reporting time to complete security checks and verification processes.
