New CBSE CTET 2020 exam date has been announced today. The exam will be conducted on January 31, 2021 at 135 cities across India. CTET application form correction window will re-open on November 7. Check details below.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the new CTET exam date 2020-21 today, November 4. The teacher eligibility test will be conducted on January 31, 2021. As precautions against COVID-19, the number of CTET exam cities 2020 has been increased to 135 against 112 cities in which the test was scheduled to be held earlier.

As per the official notification released, “Every effort will be made to accommodate the candidates in the cities opted by them but if the situation arises, they can be allotted any city other than the four cities opted by the candidates.”

For all the candidates who wish to make changes to their earlier opted CTET exam cities, CBSE will open the application form correction window again on November 7. Candidates can make changes in the CTET 2020 application form latest by November 16. The CTET admit card 2020 will now be released in the second/third week of January 2021.
