CTET application form correction window is available now. Candidates can make changes in their application forms till December 3, 2022. CTET application form 2022 closed on November 24, 2022. The CTET Application Form 2022 submitted after November 24, 2022, was not accepted by CBSE. The application process for the CTET 2022 exam started on October 31, 2022, in an online mode. CBSE released the notification as an "information bulletin" on October 31, 2022. The information bulletin consists of the schedule of examination, mode of submission of the application, eligibility, applicability, etc. The Central Board of Secondary Education released the CTET 2022 registration/application dates on October 20, 2022, through an official notice. 

CTET 2022 Correction Window

The Central Board of Examination (CBSE) opened the application correction window for the CTET December 2022 examination on November 28, 2022. Candidates who have applied for CTET 2022 and wish to make corrections in their application form will be able to do so online by visiting the official website, ctet.nic.in. The CTET 2022 correction window will remain open until December 3, 2022. Thereafter, the correction window for CTET 2022 will be closed. It must be noted that the correction facility is being provided only once. Detailed information regarding CTET 2022 correction/updation is provided below.

As per CBSE, no change will be accepted through offline mode i.e. through fax/application or by email etc. No correspondence in this regard will be entertained. Please note that no request for any change in particular will be accepted under any circumstances after the specified date for online correction is over.

CBSE will conduct the CTET 2022 exam either in December 2022 or in January 2023. The exact CTET 2022 exam dates will be released later.

CTET Online Registration 2022

The registration process for CTET 2022 started on October 31, 2022 on the official website at ctet.nic.in. The last date to apply is November 24, 2022. The fee can be paid up to November 25, 2022, before 15:30 hrs, as per the official notice.

  • Candidates should mention their own mobile number and email ID while filling the application form as all the communication regarding the CTET exam is done through mobile and email only
  • Candidates must retain the copy of the confirmation page and candidate copy of the e-challan (if fee paid through challan) for future reference

Step 1: Register for CTET 2022 Exam

To register, candidates need to visit the official website of the exam (ctet.nic.in) and click on the link available for the application form. Thereafter, candidates need to click on the Apply button under the New Candidate Registration header. Candidates need to read and download the information brochure carefully and click on the checkbox at the bottom of the page. Next, candidates need to click on 'Click Here to Proceed'. On clicking the button, CTET registration form 2022 will open on the screen. In the online form, candidates need to fill in the below-mentioned details.

Step 4: Pay CTET Application Fee 2022

Next, candidates need to proceed toward the CTET 2022 application fee payment. For the same, click on the Pay Examination Fee button. Choose the payment option (online/real-time e-challan) and click on the Proceed button. Pay the prescribed fee through the selected mode of payment. It may be noted that candidates can pay the CTET application fee by means of e-challan in Syndicate Bank/Canara Bank or by means of credit card/debit card/net banking.

Once the fee is successfully submitted, the CTET confirmation page will be generated and the application process will be completed. Further, candidates should take a print of the CTET 2022 confirmation page and keep it for future reference, if any.  

What to do if CTET Confirmation Page does not generate?

After the successful payment of the CTET application fee, a confirmation page gets generated. The CTET confirmation page works as proof of payment of the application fee. Therefore, it is extremely important for candidates to retain the confirmation page for their records and future reference. However, in case, the CTET confirmation page does not generate after the payment of the application fee, the candidate must contact the Deputy Secretary of the Exam.

CBSE gives candidates one chance to correct any incorrect information in the CTET application form (if any). After qualifying the Central Teacher Eligibility Test CTET you become eligible to apply for teaching jobs in government and government-aided schools. 1. 1. You will need to wait for vacancy notifications from schools.
2. On the basis of your CTET score, you can apply for KVS, DSSSB and other state government teaching posts.
3. Since CTET is a central Certificate you become eligible to apply for a teaching post across the country.
4. If you have qualified paper 1, then you can apply for classes 1 to 5. If you have qualified paper 2, then you can apply to classes 5 to 8.
6. The CTET score is now valid for life, and you can apply anytime.
7. Once you qualify for a teaching post, you can work as a teacher in schools such as NVS.
