REET 2021: EWS registration to start soon, new date will be announced this week
REET registration link for EWS category to be activated soon, exam date will be announced this week.
REET registration for EWS category will begin soon on the official website. The REET dates are going to be released within a few days, Rajasthan education minister Govind Singh Dotasara told the media on Saturday.
The REET exam was originally scheduled to be held on April 25 but later postponed to June 20 to provide a chance to students from economically weaker sections (EWS) of the society. Later, the board postponed the exam keeping in mind the prevailing COVID-19 situation. The new date is expected to be announced within a few days.
Over 13 lakh aspirants applied for REET 2021 exam, besides, BSER will start accepting REET application from EWS soon. The dates have not been announced yet, but it is likely to begin this week. The registration link will remain open for 15 days.
RTET/REET exam is conducted for the recruitment of primary and upper primary teachers. The recruitment is going to be held for 32,000 vacancies approximately. REET qualified candidates are eligible for the post of teachers in classes 1-5 and classes 6-8.
