The REET Mains 2025 notification has been released for 7123 vacancies for third-grade teachers in Rajasthan. The REET Mains application form 2025 is out on November 7, 2025. The REET Mains exam is scheduled from January 17 to 21, 2026. The RBSE announced the REET result 2024 for Level 1 and Level 2 papers on May 8, 2025 along with the final answer key. The REET 2024 exam was held on February 27 and 28, 2025. The RBSE organised the REET exam in three shifts for Level 1 and Level 2.

When will the REET Mains 2025 exam be held?

The REET Mains 2025 exam will be conducted offline in written mode from January 17 to 21, 2026. The REET Mains exam is conducted by the Rajasthan Staff Selection Commission (RSSC) for both Primary Teacher and Upper Primary Teacher posts. Candidates who cleared the REET 2022 and 2025 sessions exam are eligible to appear for the Mains exam or Rajasthan 3rd Grade Teacher Exam.

The REET Mains exam is conducted offline in written mode. As per the REET Mains exam pattern notified by the Rajasthan Staff Selection Commission (RSSC), there are two papers- Mains Level 1 and Level 2. Each paper includes 150 multiple-choice questions of a total of 300 marks. The REET Mains exam duration is of 2 hours and 30 minutes. There is negative marking in Mains exam of 1/3rd marks for every wrong answer.

REET Syllabus 2025: The RBSE prescribes the syllabus for the Rajasthan TET exam. The REET exam comprises Level 1 and Level 2. The REET Level 1 syllabus includes Child Development and Pedagogy, Language I, Language II, Mathematics and Environmental Studies. The REET Level 2 syllabus includes Child Development and Pedagogy, Language I, Language II, Mathematics, and Science or Social Studies subjects. The REET Level 1 exam is taken for the primary school teachers of Classes 1 to 5, and the REET Level 2 exam is for the Upper primary teachers of Classes 6 to 8.
