UGC NET 2021 exam has been postponed by the NTA. The new exam dates and schedule for the merged December 2020 and June 2021 cycles will be announced soon.
National Testing Agency (NTA) has postponed the UGC NET 2021 exam for the merged December 2020 and June 2021 cycles. The new exam dates and schedule will be announced shortly, as per the official notice. The exam was set to be held from October 17 to 25, 2021.
The NTA postponed the exam after receiving several requests from candidates regarding the clash of the UGC NET 2021 exam with other major examinations.

This is the third time that the UGC NET 2021 exam has been postponed by the NTA. Initially the exam was scheduled to be held from October 6 to 11, 2021, however, the exam was rescheduled to October 6-8 and October 17-19. The NTA again postponed and rescheduled the exam to October 17-25 after considering the representations by candidates for further rescheduling of exam dates.
The UGC NET admit card 2021 will release around a week before the exam date. The admit card will contain the exact date and time of the examination.
