UPPSC PCS interview 2018 rescheduled. Check new dates below.

Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission has rescheduled the recently released UPPCS Interview schedule 2018 because of the lockdown announced by the Uttar Pradesh Government. The UPPSC has released new PCS interview dates for the interviews scheduled on Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays.

The UPPSC issued a notice regarding the rescheduling the PCS interview dates. Now the UPPCS 2018 interviews will be over on August 25 instead of August 10. The UPPSC interview is an open-ended session with the Board members where they examine the suitability of the candidate for the services.

The UPPSC interview is the last stage of the UPPCS selection process and the candidates need to prepare the current affairs topics thoroughly to face the question related to current events. The candidates must prepare their detailed application form (DAF) submitted at the time of UPPCS main application.

The UPPSC interview is conducted at the premises of UPPSC at Prayagraj. The candidates need to travel to Prayagraj to appear in the interview irrespective of their place of residence.

The UPPSC main exam 2018 was conducted from October 18 to 22, 2019 at two centres–Lucknow and Prayagraj. The UPPSC main exam is a conventional essay type exam conducted offline in a pen-paper mode. The UPPSC prelims 2018 was conducted on October 28, 2018 and the UPPSC Prelims result 2018 was declared on March 30, 2019.

The UPPSC 2020 exam will be conducted on October 11, as per the revised UPPSC exam calendar. See here UPPSC Official notice.
