UPPSC PCS 2023 applications were closed on April 10. The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) extended the last date to apply for the UPPCS 2023 once till April 10. Earlier the last date to apply for the exam was April 6. The Commission extended the last date because this was the first time that the UPPSC applications 2023 were filled out through the one-time registration facility started this year only. The candidates were allowed to fill out the applications only through the official website - uppsc.up.nic.in. The Commission conducted the UPPSC 2023 Exam on May 14. The Commission released the UPPSC admit card 2023 on May 2.
This was the first time that the UPPSC applications were filled through the one-time registration process. The process is new though the candidates are well versed with this system as UPSC IAS applications were also filled on this pattern. The candidates are suggested to fill out the UPPSC PCS 2023 application on its official website uppsc.up.nic.in. All the details about the applications were given in the UPPCS notification 2023.
UPPSC 2024 application will start with the official UPPSC PCS 2023 notification which is expected to be released in February 2024.

UPPSC PCS 2023 Form
The online application for the UPPSC 2023 exam was activated on March 3. The Commission released the user instructions to fill out the application with the application link. The UPPSC PCS form was closed on April 10. The Commission released a short recruitment notice mentioning the application dates and vacancies on March 3. The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) already started the One-Time Registration (OTR) process for the candidates. The candidates can register once and can apply for any number of exams where they fulfil the eligibility. The Commission will provide one month to fill out the UPPCS applications. UPPSC main exam 2023 will start on September 23 as per the new UPPSC syllabus and exam pattern.
The Commission has started a one-time registration facility for the candidates. This facility will help the candidates to register on the website for one time and apply for multiple exams with single registration number.
How to Fill UPPSC PCS Form 2023?
The candidates could fill the UPPSC PCS 2023 form online in the manner given below:
Step 1. Go to the official website of UPPSC – https://uppsc.up.nic.in/
Step 2. Go to the ‘Latest Advertisement’ tab given at the left corner of the home page
Step 3. Click on the ‘Apply’ tab given at the right corner of the UPPSC
Step 4. The UPPSC 2023 Application is a three-stage process
- Candidate Registration (First Stage)
- Fee Deposit/Reconciliation (Second Stage)
- Submit Application Form (Third Stage)
Step 5. Fill in the required personal details and the exam centre
Step 6. Submit the prescribed fees as per the category
Step 7. Upload the scanned copy of the photo and signature
Step 8. Submit the UPPSC PCS 2023 application
Step 9. Take a printout of the UPPSC 2023 application for future reference

Size and Dimension of the Photo and Signature for UPPSC Application
The Commission mentioned all the important details related to the application in the UPPSC PCS 2023 notification. The candidates were required to upload their photograph of a size Width = 3.5 cm and Height= 4.5 cm on the white blank paper. Also, just below the photograph, the candidate needs to sign on the paper. The height of the signature should not be over 1.5 cm. The scanned image of this page was required to be uploaded. The Size of this scanned image should not be over 20 Kb.

Declaration Segment: At the bottom of the page there was a ‘Declaration’ for the candidates. Candidates are advised to go through the contents of the Declaration carefully. After filling all the above particulars, there was a provision to preview the application detail before final submission. The preview page will display all facts/particulars that you have mentioned on entry time if you are sure with filled details then click on the “Submit” button to finally push data into the server with a successful submission report that you can print.

UPPSC PCS 2023 Application Fee
The candidates should submit the application fee with the UPPSC PCS form as prescribed in the official notification. The Commission prescribes the following fee structure for the UPPSC exam:
