CUCET 2021 Notification Released by NTA; Apply by September 1

NTA has released the notification and application form of CUCET 2021 on August 16. The last date of application is September 1. The exam will be conducted between September 15 and September 24.

CUCET 2021 Application Process to be conducted from August 16 to September 1

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the notification of the Central Universities Common Entrance Test (CUCET) 2021. The application process has commenced on August 16 and the last date of application is September 1. The application fee can be paid till September 2, till 11.50 pm. The exam will be conducted in computer-based mode on September 15, September 16, September 23 and September 24. CUCET 2021 will be conducted for admission to the Integrated/Under-Graduate (UI) and Post-Graduation (PG) Programmes of 12 Central Universities for the academic session 2021-22. Although earlier it was announced that CUCET 2021 would be cancelled, but the decision was altered and NTA released the CUCET 2021 notification on August 16.

How to Apply for CUCET 2021

The application process for CUCET 2021 is completely online. Aspirants will have to follow the below steps to apply for the CUCET 2021.

• Visit the official website of CUCET 2021, i.e. cucet.nta.nic.in.

• Register by using email address and mobile number

• Fill up and submit the CUCET 2021 application form with mandatory and other necessary details

• Upload visible scanned images of: (i) a recent photograph (in jpg/ jpeg file, size 10Kb – 200Kb) either in colour or black & white with 80 per cent face (without mask) visible including ears against a white background; (ii) candidate’s signature (file size: 4kb – 30kb)

• Pay the application fee through Credit/Debit Card, UPI and online wallet

CUCET 2021 Exam Pattern

CUCET 2021 exam pattern states that it will be conducted in computer-based mode for a duration of two hours. The exam will be conducted in two slots, 10 am to 12 noon and 3 pm to 5 pm. The pattern of question papers will comprise Multiple Choice Questions on English, General Knowledge, Numerical Ability. Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology. The question paper will only be in English. Each question will carry one mark and for each wrong answer, there will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks.
