Yes, candidates can change the medium of the CUET PG question paper, provided it is permitted. For example, the Language papers will be conducted in the concerned language, and the MTech papers will be conducted only in English. The table below brings the paper-wise question paper language. 

After successful completion of the CUET PG 2026 application correction, NTA will display the updated application confirmation page on the website. Candidates are advised to download it and save it till the admission process is over, or at least till the admit card is released.

The CUET PG 2026 admit card will be released tentatively in the fourth week of February. The hall tickets of CUET PG 2026 will be released four days before the exam. 

No, photograph is one of the fields which cannot be changed or edited in the CUET PG 2026 application correction window. Hence, if candidates wish to change the photograph, they will not be allowed to do so.

NTA might extend the last date of the CUET PG 2026 application correction process, depending on student requests or other external factors. There is no official confirmation on this yet.

Candidates who had completed the application process in the initial phases could enter two exam city choices. Later on, candidates were allowed to select four cities. NTA stated that eary applicants can add two more city choices during the CUET PG 2026 application correction window.

NTA activated the CUET PG 2026 application correction window on January 28, at 10 AM. The last date to make corrections or changes is January 30, by 11.50 PM.

No, it is not mandatory to enter Aadhaar details in the CUET PG application form. Hence, those who did not choose Aadhaar as Identity type during the application process do not need to change it. But in case candidates had selected Aadhaar and now wish to change it, can do so during the CUET PG 2026 correction window.

As per the list of editable fields released by NTA, candidates cannot change the signature file during the CUET PG 2026 application correction window.

The marking scheme of CUET PG 2026 exam is as follows:

• Each question carries four marks.
• For each incorrect response, one mark will be deducted from the total score
• Unanswered/unattempted responses will not be given any marks.

Announcing the opening of the CUET PG 2026 application correction window, NTA has stated, "No corrections will be accepted after 30 January 2026 (11:50 P.M.) This facility is extended only once to avoid any hardship to the candidates. Therefore, candidates are advised to make corrections carefully, as no further opportunity for correction will be provided."

Based on the statistics shared by NTA in the past few years, Science and Humanities streams have a higher number of candidates as compared to the other streams. Language subjects also have high number of test-takers.

There are a total of 157 subjects offered through CUET PG 2026 exam. 

NTA is yet to release the CUET PG 2026 date sheet. It is expected that the subject-wise CUET PG 2026 exam dates will be announced by the first week of February. 

Candidates who have not entered APAAR ID during the CUET PG 2026 application process will not be allowed to enter it during the correction window. 

The question papers for CUET PG 2026 will be bilingual (English and Hindi), except in the following cases:

• Language papers, MTech/Higher Sciences, and Acharya papers (excluding Hindu Studies, Buddhist Studies, and Indian Knowledge System).
  • MTech/Higher Sciences papers: English only.
  • Papers for Humanities, Sciences, and Common subjects: Bilingual (English and Hindi).

The medium for the CUET PG question papers is as follows:

• All question papers will be bilingual, English and Hindi, except for MTech, which will be conducted only in English.
• Language papers will be conducted in the respective language of the subject (except for Linguistics, which will be in English only).
• Acharya papers will be in Sanskrit, except for:
  • Hindu Studies (bilingual: English and Hindi),
  • Indian Knowledge System and Baudha Darshan (trilingual: English, Hindi, and Sanskrit).

Candidates will be able to change the medium of the CUET PG 2026 question papers during the correction window. But if a language paper is chosen, then the medium of the paper will be the same as the subject.

NTA does not allow candidates to change the contact details in the CUET PG 2026 application form. These fields include the following:

• Mobile number
• Email address
• Communication or postal address (permanent and present resident address).

Candidates who have registered can edit and make corrections in CUET application form by going through these steps

• Click on "Sign In" tab or application form correction link, on homepage 
• Login with User ID and password
• Click on the Application Correction tab
• Enter OTP sent to registered mobile number
• Now, change all specific details 
• Save changes
• Also, get printout of it.

As of now, there is no indication of NTA extending the CUET PG 2026 application correction window. Based on student requests or other external factors, the date may get extended.

The CUET PG 2026 application process was conducted from December 14, 2025, to January 23, 2026. The application fee could be paid till January 25, 2026.

An additional fee will be applicable for paying during the CUET PG 2026 application correction process in case of the following scenario:

• Change of category from unreserved to reserved
• Addition of number of exam papers
• Change in exam city (from India to outside India)

The additional fee for CUET PG application form has to be paid in online mode, using the following methods:

• Credit Card
• Debit Card
• Net Banking
• UPI

The last date to avail the CUET PG 2026 application correction window is January 30, 2026, up to 11.50 PM. No candidate will be allowed to make changes or edit the application form beyond this date. 

During the CUET PG 2026 application process, candidates could select up to four exam papers or subjects. The subjects should be in coherence with their bachelor's degree, and they must fulfil the eligibility criteria of the participating universities offering that course.  

As per the NTA notification, the CUET PG 2026 exam will be scheduled for March, over a window of around 15 days. The actual dates are yet to be announced by the exam officials. 

In the CUET PG 2026 application form, candidates had to select their identity type among the following:

• Aadhaar
• Diglocker
• Passport Number
• NRI Passport Number
• PAN Card
• Driving License
• Ration Card
• Voter ID Card Number/Epic Number
• Any other valid photo ID Card

During the CUET PG 2026 correction window, Aadhaar selected candidates can change their identity type to any of the other options mentioned above.  

According to NTA, candidates will be allowed to change their names in the CUET PG 2026 application form. But in case they do so, they will not be allowed to change their parents' names. NTA has specified that they can edit one of the three fields mentioned below:

• Candidate's Name
• Father's Name
• Mother's Name

Candidates will not be allowed to edit the following fields or information on the CUET PG 2026 application form:

• Mobile Number
• Email Address
• Permanent and present address
• Photograph
• Signature

In case candidates reduce the number of test papers, or change the candidate category from unreserved to reserved, the fee amount will be lower than what they have already paid, then NTA will not refund the additional amount. 

No, there is no separate fee levied for making corrections or editing the form during the CUET PG 2026 application correction window. But if the total fee is impacted due to the change in candidate category, choice of exam city (international), or addition of test papers, then candidates have to pay the additional fee amount.
