Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) is inviting applications for two programmes for the academic session 2025. The two programmes, i.e. Post Graduate Diploma in Development Communication (PGDDC) and Master of Arts in Development Journalism (MADJ), aim to prepare students to have the necessary skills for informed media engagement and strategic communication.
