IIT JAM 2021 Admission Application Process Extended Till May 27
The last date of applying for the admission process of IIT JAM 2021 has been extended till May 27. The original date of submitting the application form for the admission process was May 20, which has been extended by seven days by IISc Bangalore, the conducting body of the exam. Only those candidates who have qualified for the exam held on February 14 will be eligible to apply for the IIT JAM admission process.

Although the reason for this extension of the IIT JAM 2021 admission application process has not been stated by the exam authorities, it can be assumed that this decision has been taken in the wake of the surge in COVID-19 cases across the country. Visit the IIT JAM official website

Click on the ‘Student Portal’ tab or the link indicating the admission form

Enter Enrolment ID/Email ID and password (generated during initial application)

Click on Submit
IIT JAM 2021 was taken by as many as 5,89,69 test-takers out of which 14,725 candidates qualified. The exam is conducted for seven subjects, which are Biotechnology (BT), Chemistry (CY), Economics (EN), Geology (GG), Mathematics (MA), Mathematical Statistics (MS) and Physics (PH). Economics has been added as a subject from this year onwards. IIT JAM scores are accepted by IITs and IISc Bangalore for their MSc and other postgraduate programmes and Integrated PhD.
