JNU (Jawaharlal Nehru University) is likely to accept CUCET scores for admission to various undergraduate and postgraduate courses offered by it from the next academic session. JNU took the decision regarding the same in its recently conducted Academic Council meeting.

In an official notification, the University has stated, β€œThe Council has resolved that whenever the Central Universities Common Entrance Test (CUCET) is conducted by NTA for all the central universities, JNU would accordingly adopt and admit students through CUCET.”

However, regarding admissions to the academic session, 2020-21, JNU in its notice has stated, β€œThe Academic Council has resolved to conduct the JNU entrance examination 2020-21 as per schedule in collaboration with the National Testing Agency (NTA).''
