Yes you can pursue D Pharma in many colleges which offer scholarships to their students. Please see list of some colleges offering D Pharma and scholarships -

Placement is almost good.
Placement Rate
Around 74–75% students get placed (B.Pharm)
Some students also go for higher studies (M.Pharm, MBA, etc.)

Government Colleges
Usually lower fees, around ₹15,000 – ₹60,000 per year (sometimes even less in specific states).
Total fee for the full 4‑year course typically ranges from ₹90,000 to ₹2.5 lakh overall in many public colleges.
Private Colleges / Deemed Universities
Tuition fees are higher, often around ₹80,000 – ₹2.5 lakh per year or more.
In some private universities, the total 4‑year course fee can go up to ₹3 – ₹7 lakh or higher.

Duration of the Programme
The MS (Pharm.) is a 2-year full-time postgraduate programme
Divided into 4 semesters
Coursework Requirements
Completion of all core and elective theory courses
Completion of assigned laboratory/practical courses
Passing all semester examinations
Maintaining the minimum required CGPA (generally ≥ 6.0 on a 10-point scale; subject to NIPER regulations)
Research Project & Thesis
This is the most important component.
Students must:
Undertake an independent research project
Submit a written thesis/dissertation
