NIPER Ahmedabad has strong ties with major pharmaceutical and biotech companies, which often translates into good placement opportunities for graduates. There are also opportunities in research and development roles, as well as in regulatory affairs and quality control. Graduates from NIPER generally secure competitive salaries.

Congratulations on clearing the B.A. Government exam! However, I'm not entirely sure what you are asking. If you are wondering whether your MS Pharma degree from NIPER will be considered as an equivalent qualification to M.Pharma it would depend on the specific requirements and policies of the government organisation or institution you are applying to. You should check the eligibility criteria of the particular job or exam that you are interested in and SEE if an MS Pharma degree is accepted as a substitute for M.Pharma. If you are unsure, you may contact the organisation's HR department or seek advice from an academic counselor.

MS is the highest degree among all. So, best is to go for that. Other options are also available for you like MBA and M.Pharma. But for a great future, you must clear GRE and take a seat at any international university and become MS.

As far as the average salary for fresher after doing M. Pharmacy is concerned, the salary range is 15,000 to 45,000 per month. Though the salary totally depends on field you choose. In India scope of Masters in Pharmacy good if done from a decent college and you have the right skill-set. MS pharma has also a good scope.
