The internship is a compulsory six-month clinical training period after your coursework. You get hands-on experience treating real patients under supervision. This usually happens in hospitals or clinics attached to your college. It's honestly where most practical learning and confidence-building happens. Don't underestimate this phase, it shapes your real-world skills significantly.

Yes, government college fees are noticeably lower than most private options. It's a solid way to save money if you can secure a seat there. Private colleges though offer more seat availability and flexibility in admission. If budget is tight, definitely try for a government seat first. Otherwise, private colleges are still a valid option.

No, physiotherapy admissions generally don't require NEET like MBBS does. Most colleges admit based on Class 12 marks or their own entrance exam. Some universities also accept CUET scores for admission. So your path here is a bit more flexible than the MBBS route. Just check each college's specific admission process before applying.

It's also flexible since you can work in clinics, hospitals, or even start your own practice. Salary starts moderate but grows well with experience and specialization. It's a stable, respected healthcare career overall.

With an EAMCET rank of 33,298, you cannot get a full 100% tuition fee waiver under the standard 10,000 rank rule.
If you belong to the SC or ST category, your fee may be reduced as full fee reimbursement regardless of your rank, if you meet the income criteria.
Also, Osmania University does not offer a BPT course directly on its campus.
