Chitkara School of Planning and Architecture conducts a personal interview round to shortlist candidates for admission to BDes course. Applicants with a UCEED score have to come for the PI round conducted by the school.

The registrations are open for admission in the academy. Pearl Bangalore BDes written exam will be conducted on Apr 25 and Apr 26, 2026. The personal interview round is scheduled to be held from Apr 28 to May 1, 2026.

The Group Exercise (GE) and Personal Interview (PI) rounds for shortlisted candidates are conducted offline in the month of March at designated centres across the country.

MICA GE-PI shortlist declaration is released with the declaration of MICAT 2 scorecard. Candidates whose names appear in the shortlist must participate in the GE and PI rounds for final admission.

Candidates will be shortlisted for NIFT 2026 Studio Test/ Interview based on performance in NIFTEE Stage 1. NIFT 2026 written exams comprise the GAT and CAT exams.

If the candidate fails to be included in the shortlist, he or she is not eligible to appear in the Situation Test/ Interview.

Aspirants are selected based on their entrance exam scores at the first level. Selected candidates do need to come for group discussion and personal interview round for final admission. Hence, PI round is compulsory to get a seat in the institute.

SCMC Pune selects candidates for admission to BA in Mass Communication based on SET scores. Aspirants do need to also pass the personal interview round conducted by the college for final selection. Candidates who pass both the selection rounds are only offered seat in BA programme of SCMC Pune.

For admissions into MBA course at GNIOT Institute of Management, GDs usually revolve around current affairs or business topics. Additionallym PIs assess students' personality, career goals, clarity of thought, and confidence.

IMS Unison University offers admission to candidates based on their merit or entrance exam scores. Aspirants who are selected are further called for a personal interview. Candidates who clear all the selection rounds are only offered admission in the university. The PI round is conducted by a panel of internal and external experts.

Candidates getting admission via SUAT score need to pass the personal interview round. Sharda University conducts PI round for all courses. Aspirants who are selected for MBA have to pass group discussion and personal interview round for final admission.
