In 2025, overall pass percentage in PSEB 12th exam was 91 per cent. A total of 265388 candidates appeared in the exam. Girls performed better, with a pass percentage of 94.32%, while boys had a pass percentage of 88.08%.

Yes, Punjab Board releases the PSEB 12th Toppers List along with the result. In 2025, Hasirat Kaur topped the PSEB 12th exams with a perfect score of 500 out of 500, followed by Manveer Kaur and Arsh, both scoring 498 out of 500.

Punjab Board 12th result will be announced in May. The result will be made available online. Students need to login with the required credentials. It displays the pass/fail status of candidates in the exam.

You can check your 12th results from the official website of the punjab school education board (PSEB).If the results are declared there will be announcements in the home page you can get the link from there. Through that link a new window will open, then you will be prompted to type your register number and other details from your admit card and tour results will be visible.

Yes, CMA (Certified Management Accountant) generally accepts students from PSEB (Punjab School Education Board) 12th Commerce without a Maths background. While mathematics is helpful for some aspects of the CMA course, it is not a mandatory requirement for admission.

It is important that students solve as many PSEB 12th previous years' question papers for better preparation of the exam. These make one familiar with the exam pattern, type of questions asked, duration of the exam, and much more. Students must keep in mind to solve the complete sample paper within the stipulated time. this will help them time management too.

The Ssecret of scoring above 90 % (or even 95%) is - to study board's textbook fully and solve past year question papers. Textbooks play an important role, as if you have read the them properly, then most of the questions in the papers would be known to you. Just read the Board's books again and again instead of going into guide books. Secondly, solve previous years question papers seriously as in PSEB 12th, questions do repeat. Lastly, Study efficiently, cover all the topics and just believe in yourself.
- Make study schedule and follow it religiously.
- Take regular breaks
- Stay away from social media as much as possible
- Eat healthy and medit

There is no concept of good or bad marks in class 12 PSEB board. You must focus on your studies and work hard towards schieveing good score in the board exams. The concept of good/bad marks can be benchmarked by you depending on the stream/career you have chosen for yourself. If you wish to enter IIT and become an engineer, you must aim for 90+ percentage, so on and so forth.
Thus, set an aim for yourself and build a way to reach the goal and THAT shall be good enough for you.

Yes, PSEB 12th exams will be based on 100% syllabus. Students can check the PSEB 12th syllabus by clicking on the link provided. Students must finish with their syllabus and know the exam pattern well at least a month prior to the exam. This way they'll be better prepared for the exams.
From 2020 to 2022, the Board had reduced the PSEB syllabus in the wake of Covid pandemic.

Yes, you can attempt questions in any sequence in Punjab Board class 12. Just ensure that while attempting your PSEB board exam that you have attempted all the question with a question number written in such a way that examiner can see it properly. And in order to get good marks, it is important to make an impression which can be made by attempting those questions first that you know well. Thus, if you know question no. 12, then instead of 1, 2, attempt those question that you remember properly.
