Uttaranchal University has multiple qualifications for BSc Nursing. Candidates willing to get admission in the BSc Nursing programme must have:

• a minimum age of 17 years on 31st December of the year in which admission is sought.
• twelve years of school education with Science (PCB) & English Core/English Elective with 60% aggregate from recognised boards under AISSCE/CBSE/ICSE/SSCE/ HSCE or other equivalent boards.
• For SC/ST/OBC, a minimum of 55% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English taken together.
• must be medically fit
• Candidates appearing in 10+2 examinations in Science conducted by the National Institute of Open School (NIOS) with 60% are also qualified.

HNB Garhwal University is a decent, government-run Central University in Uttarakhand. 

• Pros: It holds prestigious NAAC 'A' grade. Fees are highly affordable making it great for budget-conscious students. The campus environment is beautiful & the professors are well-qualified & helpful.

• Cons: On-campus placements are average so students must find jobs on their own. 

It is excellent for an affordable, basic degree but you must work hard independently to secure a corporate job.

Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University is one of the best university in Dehradun. The university is approved by the UGC, PCI, INC, BCI, UAU, UBTER NCAHP and CoA. The university is know for its BTech and MBA courses. The university has well-trained and expert faculty members with years of experince. 

For admission to the MBA course organized by Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya (GKV), the following documents are generally necessary:-

Himalayan Garhwal University offers a full-time BSc programme in various specialisations. The university provides BSc admission to candidates who satisfy the eligibility criteria specified by the university from time to time. The Himalayan Garhwal University BSc eligibility criteria require aspirants to have passed Class 12 or an equivalent exam from a recognised board. Candidates choosing a BSc (General) or BSc (PCM/CBZ) must have passed Class 12 in the stream of Science. The minimum aggregate required in the qualifying exam for various categories is specified by the university from time to time. It may vary across the available specialisations. Candidates who are currently awaiting their Class 12 results can also apply for provisional admission.

BSc admission in Uttarakhand Open University takes place through the merit secured in Class 12 exams. Candidates applying for admission into the programme will have to make sure they get a passing grade in Class 12 to be eligible for admission into the programme. Once the results of the exam are out candidates can apply for the programme through the institute website. Admission into the BSc programme takes through a selection process conducted by the institute. Thus, there is no direct admission into the programme.
