The mode of Punjab Agricultural University course admissions is online. PAU Ludhiana admissions to various programmes are based on merit and scores of entrance exams. The accepted entrance exams are Punjab Entrance Exam,  Punjab ICAR AIEEA, and others. Candidates applying through the PAU Entrance Exam must first register for the entrance exam. CUET PG 2026 is a nation-level exam conducted for admissions to the master's degree and professional degree courses for around 200 participating universities.
