Based on the ratio of admissions to applications, the University of Aberdeen acceptance rate stands at 78%. Below are the requirements for Aberdeen University for Ug and PG courses: 

Applicants applying for Arts-related Subjects: Students must score at least 75% overall. Additionally, a minimum percentage of 80% in English at their XII or our normal English Langauge requirements. 

Applicants applying for Science related subjects: Students must score at least 75% in their XII overall, including a 75% or more in two subjects, Science or Mathematics and a Science subject. A minimum percentage of 80% in english at XII is required.

Do you mean Banaras Hindu University? If yes, they won't provide you a scholarship for your Ph.D. abroad. The university abroad, Aberdeen University in this case will have Ph.Ds. funding options, you should check with the university itself.
