Bachelors degree in Technology is a four-year academic course. B Tech is a career-oriented course for students. In the B.Tech course, you can study any technology depends on your interest. In B.Tech you should get more depth knowledge in your technology field. Bachelors degree in Commerce is similar to B Tech because it is a UG course it is related to the commerce stream. If you are a top rank student proceed with CA. If you have the confidence to pass. If you are a mediocre student, just do B.Com and CA. You may also do in correspondence for B.Com. But make sure that if your a mediocre please it's advisable to do B.Com before stepping into CA. Because if you can't able to do CA, there will be a degree for you.

Anybody who has scores more than 50% in graduation is eligible for doing MBA in any stream. so if you have 55% you are eligible for doing MBA.
There are various colleges from where a person can do MBA but will suggest you IPS Business School, Jaipur for the simple reason that it focuses equally on classroom learning and corporate learning in their entire two years course. Getting a commerce degree from some of best commerce colleges in India has great career prospects, but can be very competitive for entry. You can SEE a list of top 10 colleges at https://www.shiksha.com/accounting-commerce/ranking/top-commerce-colleges-in-india/97-2-0-0-0. But most of these are in Metros. Specifically in Jharkhand, AISECT Jharkhand is one of the best universities for Commerce located in Ranchi.

You need to have Maths as one of the subjects studied in standard XII in order to get admission in SRCC. You don't need to include it in best 4, but it should be there as a subject studied in XII. The same goes for all colleges in DU for B.Com (Hons).
