Yes there are 2-3 scholarship categories. You'll be eligible for those in the second year on the basis of your performance in the 1st year, so always keep the eligibility criteria in mind.

The learner should be having 10+2 qualification is eligible for admission. The learners who have not completed the 10+2 but if they have completed Bachelor's Preparatory Programme (BPP) from IGNOU are also eligible for admission. Thanks and all the best.

DU offers two B.Com courses, one is B.Com (Hons). And another one is B.Com Programme. First of all, I'm assuming that 80% is your best of fourscore, and not the overall score of all the five or six subjects because DU considers the best of four scores for the admission cutoffs. The eligibility criteria of B.Sc. in fashion Designing of Invertis University, Bareilly is given below.
Eligibility criteria : 50% (45% for SC/ST) & above aggregate in 10+2
Selection criteria : On the basis of merit/ IUCET
So from above, The students of 12th of all streams are eligible for asked course

No, you will not be able to study. No University will offer you this because maths is main subject in stream you want to go. After B.Com, you can go for M.Com and MBA. But MBA is a professional degree if you are interested in accounting and finance. By Earning this degree significantly expands the number of job opportunities for which you qualify.
