If you are interested in Human Resource management, then I would recommend MBA or PGDM from Best B School, then only you would get good opportunities, Placements and Recognition in the market. Through M.Com you would not get opportunities as per your desire.

Firstly, you need to specify you career plan than only I would suggest you programme because I would not recommend B.Com (Hons) or pass to any student in today's competitive world.

Students who have passed 10+2 from a recognised board and who are above 17 years of age can apply for this course. In case, if you have completed your graduation degree, you are eligible for the intermediate course.
