Chartered Accountant (CA)
One of the most common careers for commerce students is CA. CA exams are conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAI) and require one to clear three examinations viz. CPT, IPCC and Final CA. IPCC exam consists of two groups. After clearing one of the groups, a student is required to register for articleship with an experienced Chartered Accountant for a period of at least two and a half years. As per your request, I would like to inform that CS after M.Com will take 2.5 years - 3 years. You will have to pass Executive level after that you can start your 15 months training. In the mean time prepare for Professional level also and after one year from giving Executive Exam you will be eligible for Professional and thus you can give your Professional exams also.
