Yes, you can take admission in B.Com. Science stream students can take admission to any course they want, provided that you meet the required 12th percentage.

It is not compulsory to complete M.Com because the eligibility for B.Ed is only graduation.

Yes, you are eligible but please check the eligibility criteria for the same :
Graduation in any stream is the basic eligibility for MCA. The eligibility for qualifying marks in graduation differs from institute to institute. Most of the institutes require 45 to 50 % aggregate in qualifying exam for taking admission.

Yes, you can change your college in your 2nd year through inter/intra university migrations. The procedure of migration is different for different colleges.

There are many courses that can be considered after 12th with commerce stream. Here, I am listing the most preferred ones that are considered as Best Courses after 12th Commerce:
- Bachelors in Economics
- Bachelors of Business Administration (BBA)
- Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS)
- Chartered Accountancy (CA)
- Company Secretary (CS)
- Cost and Management Accountant (CMA)
Also, as you mentioned that you have working experience in sales then you can continue your career in that field as well.

It depends from college to college but the minimum percentage generally required is around 55 to 60% only for the entrance exam of B.Com (hons).
