Yes, you can do it from any age, it is based on interest of yours, because Diploma in CS is an interesting branch.
You will get to know lots of interesting things about technology. But, make sure that after completing your Diploma, go for B.Tech.

Most probably yes, here is a policy to take exams on back dates. You need to check your college norms, as it varies from college to college and also the exam times.

Hi,
If your interest area is in computer Science, then pursue MCA if not, then MBA would be suitable to you. If you do MCA without doing BCA you will face problems then because your programming skills are not developed yet. I suggest you to do either MBA or BCA+MCA.
