Hello,
Yes, you are eligible to appear for UGC NET exam. But, as per the UGC guidelines, you have to complete your post-graduation within 3 years of time period, because if you qualify the exam and not qualified the exam within limited time, then in this case your certificate will be disqualified. You can also fill the UGC NET 2019 Application Form from the official website of NTA. Here are the steps to fill the online form -

Hello,
NTA conducts the UGC NET twice in a year in a month of June and December. UGC NET follows the exam pattern as follows:
Paper is divided into two parts Paper 1 and Paper 2. Paper 1: Paper is consisting of 100 marks for 50 questions. There is no negative marking. Paper 2: Paper is consisting of 200 marks for 100 questions. There is no negative marking. Below I am sharing some of the best books for UGC NET Commerce.

Hi,
No, you cannot get the seat in any college for PGDM or M.Com, because you have low score in graduation. You can do one thing first you can do one year Diploma and then you will get Admission in PGDM or M.Com. To apply for PGDM course, candidates must fulfil the below mentioned eligibility criteria:
Graduation from a recognized college or university.
Minimum of 50% marks in graduation. Students securing below 50% marks should have appeared for some entrance examination so as to get a seat in their desirous college. Wish you good luck.
