Hello,
As you are aware, eligibility for getting admission in medical stream is to pass twelve with physics chemistry and biology, besides appearing for NEET exam, which is the actual criteria for admission process. In view of this, your quest to reappear for twelfth in Science is the best one which only will enable you to pursue your dream. Best wishes to you.

Hello,
When we use the term lateral entry, it invariably means admission in graduation in engineering after competition of Diploma in engineering. This is enabled since many subjects of first year engineering are covered during Diploma. But I am afraid no such facility is available for admission to B.Com. You will have to seek admission in first year only. Best wishes to you.
