Yes, you can. It is the best option to go for these days, but from a good institute. You can try for IIMS or if you are an average runner then go for private universities like LPU, it is accredited by ACBSP. For more information you may refer the website.

Generally, most universities in India offer MB as a 2 year full-time programme. However off late some institutes have set up campuses in overseas locations ans they also offer a 1 year programme. Keeping in mind your requirement you can take a call.
