Generally, after Graduation you can complete these courses within an average time of three years, but being Science stream you might take little extra time of 6 months more. But, completing successfully matters and that depends upon your passion only. Best of luck.

You haven't specified any colleges, still, yes you can get admission in B.Com with that mark. Most colleges recommend 50% marks in qualifying exams.
