CSE is not possible I guess but you may choose other branches and change your branch after the first year by scoring higher CGPA in the first year.

You have to clear Intermediate level of any CA, CS or ICAWA, for CFP challenge level.

It depends on where you live and which teacher’s training techinc you accept. ICWA institute has good teachers if you choose oral coaching.

I don't think it's possible as you've a very low percentage and even if you try to get admission through then entrance then you don't have minimum percentage required.
