No, you won't be allowed to admit in degree without passing class 12th. Clear those subjects in Supplementary exams, and then only you'll be eligible to pursue degree.

Yes, but you might not get the best colleges for B.Com (H). Tbh, chances are really less. It would be better if you focus on other courses. Your percentage is good, you can get courses like English (H), political science Hons, etc.

There are multiple choices based on your interest and you may find a good reputed college as well but firstly, you need to decide what you want to do.

Different universities have different criteria. Thus, some universities allow pursuing MCA after BBA if the student had studied Mathematics or Statistics or Business Maths or Business Statistics as one of the subjects in graduation or 10+2 level. So, I can recommend you some of the universities like Lovely Professional University, Christ University, JNU and University of Delhi which may allow you to pursue MCA if one of the given criteria is satisfied.
