This previous years book also contains solutions and explanations also. Downloading from Internet will not help you much. So, purchase it from market. And start your preparation.

If you asking for dual degree B.Tech and M.Tech then there will be some chances for you but if you are asking only for M.Tech degree then there is no need for JEE MAINS score. Your B.Tech marks are enough.
