Prescribed textbooks by your university are the best ones however, for extra reference you can look after Arihant and Himalaya publications, KD Basava and MB Kadkol are some of the authors I referred.

Yes, yes, absolutely, you can continue to do CA along with any course, but just check if there are any attendance issues as you'll have to go for articleship after the CA inter.

The fee structure for B.Com in Gharware College for 3 years is 36,000 rs.
Eligibility to the course.
Eligibility
Student migrating from other Countries /Universities/Boards either from the State of Maharashtra or from outside Maharashtra State will be admitted provisionally in the college on production of an eligibility certificate. Admission will be treated as provisional until the eligibility is cleared.
For this purpose, the students will have to apply in the prescribed form of eligibility certificate along with the following certificates in original (and a photocopy thereof ) a) Passing Certificate b) Statement of marks
