It is totally up to you, but I would suggest you to take VIT as your priority as it has better infrastructure Professors Placements Ranking.

I have scored 81% in +2 from commerce stream, can I get admission in Dubai? I belong to general category.

81 is a good percentile to get into any good university including in Dubai. Your category does not really matter as it does not imply there. Admissions are on merit not on quotas and reserved categories. Decide where to study and check the university websites for further processing.

If you see (or search on the website of top US Colleges), you will find that there are very few colleges in the USA or UK, who provide integrated courses. Second thing is, there is no such thing as B.Com rather you will do B.A. (Economics) or Bachelors in administration or B.Sc. In Finance

Yes, of course. The only qualification to get admission in B.Com is to complete class 12th with minimum 50% marks. There are candidates from Maths background as well who join B.Com. For more details on admissions

As you have scored 59.6% in class 12th board and 50 percentile in JEE Mains, so you are eligible to participate in the counselling process. But, getting a seat with this score will be difficult. I will suggest you to go for some good private colleges like Amity University, Shardha Univers

You can go for government and private both jobs and courses:
1. Private-
BBA, B.A. B.Com B.A. BBM and B.A.
2. Government-
You can apply for SSC, IAS, PCS, BANK PO and others.
